Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Summit staff and directed to registration. Please be prepared with your ticket QR code for a speedy check-in. You can also check in using your first name, last name and email address provided when reserving your spot. Only ticketed guests will be able to attend the Summit.

Hudson Loft is located at 1200 S Hope St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The Summit will be held on the second floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs.

Please note, the venue is ADA compliant. If you need special assistance on the day of the event, please notify one of the event hosts at the venue entrance.

The venue is easily accessible by car or air. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 35-minutes away from the venue, depending on traffic conditions. Burbank Airport (BUR) is also approximately 35-minutes away from the venue, depending on traffic conditions.

Parking is available and is a short walk from the venue entrance. The nearest lot is located at 1151 S Hope St, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

Please note, alcohol will be served during the networking and cocktail reception. Don’t drink and drive!

Summit registration will begin at 8:30am and the cocktail and networking reception will go until 7:30pm on the day of the event. If you’re traveling from out of town or would like the option of staying nearby the event, BeautyMatter has secured a preferred rate at The Hoxton Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

A variety of food and beverages will be provided during the Summit. When you purchase your ticket, you will have the opportunity to select from several lunch choices. While we’ve made efforts to provide a variety of options, unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate every dietary preference / requirement.

At the moment, masks will be optional and well-respected if you chose to wear one at the Summit. Hand sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the venue. COVID policies are subject to change as new guidance is received from the CDC and federal and state governments. BeautyMatter will follow all local regulations in place at the time of the Summit.
